Can I? What if? Will you? What about? Oh yeah one more thing.

Customers ask us all types of questions some times 2 and 3 times over. But that is ok with us. Our staff will gladly answer all your questions. For starters here are some tips on preparing your vehicle for the move.

Once we have contacted you to make an appointment to pick up your vehicle you need to do a few things.

Step one: We are going to perform a vehicle condition report or "VCR". We will be noting the general condition of the vehicle any damages or scratches will be written on the VCR. This is to protect you the customer and the transportation company while your car is in transit. The customer will sign and receive a copy of this inspection at the origin. So please do your best for the vehicle to be clean. If the transportation carrier is unable to pull up to your door we will arrange for a contracted towing company to perform the same service. This will be by appointment only and generally will be made 1-2 days prior to pick up.

Step two: You are allowed to put items in the trunk area up to 100 lbs. only. These items are not listed on your VCR. Please keep your fuel level above an 1/8th and no more than a ¼ of a tank. This will help the weight of the vehicle to be as close to estimated factory transport.

Step three: Make sure that all of your contact information is correct on the "VCR" so there are no further delays for your delivery. Address, phone numbers and the COD or cash on delivery is correct with the original contract.

Step four: Please call our office if there are last minute questions or concerns that you would like to discuss with our staff.

Receiving your vehicle:

Step five: Make sure that you have the proper certified funds once your delivery time has been set. Your delivery time will be set 1-2 days prior to your delivery. If the driver can not make the delivery directly to your door, than a contracted towing service will make the delivery.

Step six: Once the vehicle arrives, you will have the opportunity to inspect your car with the origin copy of your VCR. A signature will be required at the time of delivery with your final payment. You will also receive a copy of the final VCR at the time of delivery.

Step seven: If for any reason that there may be a claim, make sure it is noted on the VCR and notify AA-Automovers.com. We will assist you in the process of any claim towards the contracted carrier.

Step eight: Are you sure you do not have any questions? Give us a call we are here to help make every auto move an easy one.
